How do I know which size will fit me best?

All products have dimensions in their specific product descriptions (: Simply click into the product you're interested in, and voila - it'll be right there. 

What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track It" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Can I self-collect my order? 
Yes, self-collection is available for all local orders in Singapore. Simply select the "Self-collection" option during checkout and our team will arrange for your parcel to be transferred to our stockist at the following address:

They are open daily from 11.30am - 8.30pm on weekdays and 11am - 9pm on weekends.

What are your shipping options? 

For local shipping, we provide free door-to-door courier services for delivery within Singapore for all orders, with no minimum purchase. 

For international orders, we offer free shipping for purchases above $150. If your order is less than $150, shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout according to your shipping destination. There will be a variety of options available for you to choose from. The rates differ depending on the speed of delivery and the level of tracking available. I ordered the wrong size while placing my order! What do I do? 

No worries! Kindly contact us at hello@theallegromovement.com as soon as possible to notify us that you would like to change the size in your order. We will be able to make the change as long as the parcel has not been mailed out of our warehouse. 

In the event that your order has been dispatched, you would have to do a returns/exchange instead.
