RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - LOCAL
We take great pride in ensuring that we provide only the best for our dear customers. However, in the case that it didn't fit right or that you may changed your mind, you have 14 days from the shipped date to return or exchange your item. For returns, store credits will be issued.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the following criterion are fulfilled:
- Item is unwashed and unworn.
- Item is in good and sellable condition.
- All tags and packaging on item are still intact.
In the case that you receive a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days from receipt of product. We will arrange for our courier to pick up the product from you, and proceed to send you a replacement item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear-and-tear and/or inappropriate wash care will not be accepted for returns.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for items on sale or purchased with a discount code.
Kindly note that we do not accept returns after 14 days. Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
1. In the return form that we've attached in your order, kindly fill it up and place it together with your return parcel. Please indicate if you will be making an exchange or return in store credits.
2. Using your favourite and most trusted postal service, kindly mail the return parcel to the address below. We highly recommend using registered mail or any other postage service that offers tracking details in order to track your item. The Allegro Movement is not liable for any lost parcels in transit. Where applicable, kindly keep all your postal service receipts and tracking numbers for verification.

3. Once we have received your return parcel, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you. It would typically take 3-5 working days to process.
To ensure a successful return/exchange, please follow the steps above to your best ability. The return parcel remains in your care until it reaches our warehouse, and until we have verified the condition and content of the parcel.
In the event that the returned item(s) is/are not in good condition, the return parcel will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be sent back to you, for which postal charges will apply. Terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice.
If you prefer not to mail out your return parcel, you may bring down your return/exchange parcel to our stockist at MOXIE Paragon #03-54. MOXIE will notify us when they have received a return parcel and we will proceed to transfer the parcel back to our warehouse for condition checking before sending you a confirmation email. Please also allow 3-5 working days for processing.
OTHER RETURNS/EXCHANGES QUERIES
In the event that you need to make an exchange and the price of the item exchanged is higher, you may simply top up the difference. If the item exchanged is of a lower value, you will receive the difference in store credits.
Kindly note that exchanges are one-time only and must be done within 14 days from receiving the product. Only items that are returned unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact will be accepted for exchanges/returns.
All returns will be refunded in store credits only. The team will contact you via email with instructions on how to utilise your store credits within 3-5 working days.
RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, we only do a return in store credits. Kindly fill up the exchange/returns note and mail your items via registered mail to:

Once we have received your parcel, it will take 3-5 working days to process the return and you will receive a confirmation email once the
